Dear Applicant: Thank you for your interest in the Ninth District Development Financing, Inc. Revolving Loan Fund program. This loan fund was established by Congressman Rick Boucher for the purpose of providing working capital and fixed asset financing for projects that enhance tourism, create jobs and expand economic development in the Ninth Congressional District. To the left you will find a link where you can download a preliminary application in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com). Once you have downloaded the application, please fill it out, sign it, include a $250 non-refundable application fee and mail it to: Ninth District Development Financing, Inc. 1173 West Main Street Abingdon, Virginia 24210 From this application, the Ninth District Development Financing, Inc. Loan Administrator will determine your eligibility to apply for these funds. If your project meets the spirit of the loan fund, the Administrator will invite you to submit a full application. Follow the checklist like above to view a list of full application requirements. Many of our applicants have questions concerning the appropriateness of their project for the loan fund.
