Eligibility and Restrictions

Any Profit or Non-Profit entity that enhances tourism, creates jobs and expand economic development in the Ninth Congressional District are eligible for this loan fund. 

The following restrictions apply:

A.  10-year term on real property (land and buildings)

B.  5-year term on equipment and machinery

C.  No refinancing of existing loans

D.  Loans must be collateralized
